People think all hip hop rappers are like criminals. Some parents try to keep it out of their children’s ears. To me hip hop plays a major role in my life. Hip hop is my life, without hip hop I don’t think I would be able to live. Some of the modern rappers that I think have made a big impact on the hip hop community are:
The Game, he is just a living legend. In his music he gets deep into peoples minds. He is one of those rappers who don’t just rap about how much money he has or how much girls he can get and thats what makes him such a great rapper. He is one of my favorite rappers.
Kanye West, he is a savior. He saved hip hop, he brought it back to life. The hard work and dedication he puts into his music makes his lyrics phenomenal. His album, Graduation, was one of the best albums I have ever heard. He has the potential to becoming the “worlds greatest rapper.”
Lil Wayne, He is just amazing. People say that he is “The greatest rapper alive,” I disagree but that doesn’t mean he isn’t a great rapper. The energy he is bringing to the rap game right now is unbelievable. He has written over 1,000 versus, including mixtapes. The things he has accomplished in such a short time has made him a great rapper. Like I said he’s just amazing, who else can sell about 1,000,000 copies of an album in one week? The Carter 3 will be an album everyone will remember. Lil Wayne has changed hip hop and has revived it.
Eminem, People may not agree with me but I believe Eminem should be marked up as a legend. He has faced a ton of obstacles in his life, some he overcame some he didn’t. Eminem has been through a lot in his life and he uses his music to express his thoughts. Eminem is a white rapper that has changed hip hop, without Eminem hip hop wouldn’t be what it is today. Eminem is my favorite rapper of all time and nothing anyone says can change that.
There are other great hip hop artists but these four in my opinion have been through so much to get to the top. These four deserve to be on the top and some day they will be.
Hey guys well this is my first post on the blog and I just wanted to say hello. My name (nickname) as you can see by the url is Nemo. I like to play basketball watch TV and use the computer. I like to watch anime shows like Naruto and things like that. The kinds of things that interest me are action and drama. I love to play video games. My parents want me to focus on my school work so they don’t buy me any big systems like an X Box 360, PS3, or a Wii but I do have a PSP. I like to play sports games, action games, rpg games, shooting games, racing game, well pretty much every kind of game. I love listening to music. My iPod is filled with so much songs. I’m a hip hop kinda guy. I listen to rap and r&b. Eminem, The Game, and T.I. are my favorite rappers. I love there music so much. Eminem is really my all time favorite rapper. Recently people have been saying that Lil Wayne is the “Greatest Rapper Alive” I disagree. Eminem is the greatest rapper alive. Eminem is the greatest rapper ever. Although Lil Wayne has some great songs, I still think Eminem is the greatest rapper ever. Anyways, I think this is enough for my first post and I will be posting a lot more over time so just sit back and stay tuned. :]
